我国煤矿目前还在大量使用五、六十年代的老旧水泵,如:SSM、A、TSW、DA型等,这些水泵的设计效率仅64~72%,使用中由于种种原因,实际运行效率很低,电耗高,能源浪费很大。近年来,我国生产的D型泵发展很快,其中200D43型水泵的设计效率已达80%。根据国务院关于对现有企业有重点、有步骤地进行技术改造的决定精神,不少煤矿采用D型泵更新老旧水泵,提高排水效率。据不完全统计,目前全国统配煤矿已采用各种高效水泵近二千台,占应更新水泵台数的60%。更
