一、概述 PSL—1高效减水剂是天津市建筑材料科学研究所承担天津市建委下达的科研项目研制开发的混凝土外加剂新产品。该产品采用对水泥具有反应活性的水溶性多元共聚物对β—萘磺配甲醛缩合物钠盐进行改性制成,其突出特点是在拌合后90分钟内保持初始坍落度的90%左右,能够同时达到缓凝高效减水剂及泵送剂的标准要求。该产品掺量低、减水率高,适用于配制高流态、高强度、高耐久性的高性能混凝土及商品混凝土。本产品执行GB8076—97及JC473—92标准。 二、产品主要性能
I. Overview PSL-1 high-efficiency water-reducing agent is a new product of concrete admixture researched and developed by Tianjin Institute of Building Materials Science under the scientific research project issued by Tianjin Construction Committee. The product is made by modifying the sodium salt of β-naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate with a water-soluble multi-component copolymer reactive with cement. The outstanding feature is that it maintains 90% of the initial slump within 90 minutes after mixing. At about the same time, it can reach the standard requirements of retarding superplasticizers and pumping agents. The product has a low content and high water reduction rate and is suitable for the preparation of high-flow, high-strength, high-durability high-performance concrete and commercial concrete.
