本文主要是根据英国伦敦斯堪的那维亚冶金公司(LSM)、日本轻金属学会研究委员会报告、美国 KBI 公司(Cobot Corporation 子公司)和 Kawecki-Billiton 公司的有关研究报告和资料编写的。介绍了铝加工中晶粒细化剂的应用和最新研究成果。发现铝—钛—硼中间合金有一最佳 Ti/B 比。使用 3/1TiBAl能以最少添加量获得最大的细化效果,且成本便宜。文中介绍的实验数据,可以指导生产实践。
This article is based on research reports and sources from the LSM London, Research Report of the Japan Society of Light Metals, reports from the US KBI Corporation and Kawecki-Billiton. The application and the latest research results of grain refiner in aluminum processing are introduced. It was found that the aluminum-titanium-boron master alloy has an optimum Ti / B ratio. The use of 3 / 1TiBAl with a minimum amount of addition to obtain the maximum refining effect, and the cost is cheap. The experimental data presented in the paper can guide the production practice.
