[目的]了解东莞市工厂女工性心理行为和性生理卫生知识现状,为开展女工性心理和性知识健康教育提供依据。[方法]分层整群随机抽取东莞市9家工厂18～35岁3000名女工,以不记名方式进行性心理行为、生理卫生、性安全及性传播疾病等知识的问卷调查。[结果]工厂女工的性心理趋于保守,55.4%的调查对象认为贞操对男女都很重要,另有16.4%认为贞操对女性很重要;对婚外情、一夜情、同性恋持反对意见的比例分别为78.6%、63.5%和71.0%;婚姻状况对女工性心理有一定影响。女工性生理卫生、性安全知识水平较低,仅半数以上的女工了解月经的形成、经期保健知识、女性如何才能受孕以及人流的危害;了解女性的生理安全期、药流适应时间的比例只有21.3%和6.9%;部分知识点知晓情况已婚者好于未婚者,学历较高者好于低学历者,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。[结论]全社会及有关部门应该重视女工的性健康状况,为其提供性心理辅导和性知识教育,培养女工树立正确的恋爱观和性态度,掌握科学的性知识。
[Objective] To understand the status quo of female workers ’psychological behavior and sexual health in Dongguan factory and to provide the basis for carrying out female workers’ psychological and sexual health education. [Method] The stratified cluster was randomly selected from 9 factories in Dongguan City, 3000 women aged 18 ~ 35 years old, anonymous by way of psychological behavior, physical health, sexual safety and sexually transmitted diseases and other knowledge of the questionnaire survey. [Results] The psychology of factory women tended to be conservative. 55.4% of the respondents believed that virginity was important to both men and women. Another 16.4% said virginity was important to women. The rates of extramarital affair, one-night stand and homosexuality were 78.6 %, 63.5% and 71.0%, respectively; marital status has a certain impact on female workers’ psychology. Female workers sexual health, sexual safety knowledge is low, only more than half of female workers to understand the formation of menstruation, menstrual health knowledge, how women can be pregnant and abortion hazards; understanding of women’s physical safety period, the proportion of medical flow adaptation time only 21.3% And 6.9%, respectively. Some knowledge points were better than those with unmarried people who were married, while those with higher education level were better than those with low education level (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The whole society and relevant departments should attach great importance to the sexual health of female workers, provide them with sexual psychological counseling and sexual knowledge education, cultivate women workers to establish a correct love outlook and sexual attitudes, and master scientific sexual knowledge.
