为探讨高压氧对力竭性运动后血清酶活性恢复的影响,将20名体育系男大学生随机分为对照组和高压氧组,两组受试者均在自行车功率计上进行渐增负荷的力竭性运动。运动后5分钟抽取静脉血。然后高压氧组在20分钟内进入高压氧舱吸氧恢复,对照组在自然条件下恢复。2小时后再抽取静脉血,测定血清中肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶和e-酮丁酸脱氢酶的活性。结果表明;力竭运动后几种血清酶活性均显著增加,经过2小时的恢复,高压氧组受试者血清肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶和o-酮丁酸脱氢酶的活性与运
