矿浆管道有输送介质重、压力高、磨蚀大及坡度限制严等特点,其设计施工不同于其它类型的管道工程。娄烦——太原矿浆管道经过地形复杂的山区,长仅102km就修建跨越12处,而且完全是山洞间的跨越,增大了设计施工的难度。针对跨越的具体情况,从技术合理、投资节省和施工简便等方面综合考虑,采用了下述几点作法:因地制宜,采用高点锚固墩,省去铁塔,减小施工难度;用抗风索及平衡索减轻因荷载轻、重交替作用对管道起伏变化的影响,改善管道受力状态;采用梁式和轻型托架的组合结构,达到增加跨距,减少建墩数量的目的,同时可解决管桥下净空不够的问题;用隧道管道吸收因跨越温差引起的管道伸缩变形,使管道具有较大的移动自由度。
