本文研究各种浓度(10-8mol/L~10-5mol/L)去甲肾上腺素(NE)对T淋巴细胞增殖的影响,并初步探讨NE影响T细胞功能的作用时间。实验结果说明:10-8~10-5mol/L范围内各种浓度的NE均可抑制T细胞对刀豆素A(ConA)的增殖反应;淋巴细胞先与NE作用1h后再接受ConA刺激,其增殖反应同样可被NE所抑制,但淋巴细胞接受ConA刺激6h后再与NE作用,其增殖反应就不再被NE所抑制,本实验结果提示,NE在较广的浓度范围内均可抑制细胞免疫功能;NE的这种免疫抑制作用可能发生于T细胞激活前或激活后初期。
In this paper, we studied the effect of norepinephrine (NE) in various concentration (10-8mol / L ~ 10-5mol / L) on the proliferation of T lymphocytes and explored the effect of NE on T cell function. The results showed that all concentrations of NE in the concentration range of 10-8 ~ 10-5mol / L could inhibit the proliferation of T cells against ConA. Lymphocytes were stimulated with ConA for 1h with NE, The proliferative response was also inhibited by NE, but lymphocytes were inhibited by NE after stimulated by ConA for 6h, and the proliferative response was no longer inhibited by NE. Our results suggest that NE could be inhibited in a wide range of concentrations Cellular immune function; NE of this immunosuppressive effect may occur before T cell activation or early after activation.
