现阶段,办公室档案工作长久以来保持着传统的管理方式,其作为极其重要的资料,正逐渐得到人们的广泛关注。运用信息网络技术就是一种有效的形式,其使办公室档案工作更有利于保存管理,更加准确、可靠,同时也可以改善档案管理人员的工作效率,对其余部门工作的有序开展起到推动作用。但任何事物都是把双刃剑,信息网络化也同样如此,其为我们带来方便的同时,也会存在一些弊端。从目前办公室档案的管理工作出发,进一步深入分析提高办公室档案管理工作效率的思考。
At the present stage, the office archives work has long maintained its traditional management style. As an extremely important piece of information, it has gradually gained people’s attention. The use of information network technology is an effective form, which makes office archives work more conducive to preservation management, more accurate and reliable, but also can improve the efficiency of the file management staff, and promote the orderly development of the rest of the department . But everything is double-edged sword, the same information network, which brings us convenience at the same time, there will be some drawbacks. Proceeding from the management of the current office archives, further analysis is given to improve the efficiency of office archives management.
