患者周××女性,31岁、自诉10个月前开始常觉右侧耳鸣,头痛,头晕。单位以“美尼尔氏综合症”治疗有所缓解,于50天前头痛头晕加剧,视力减退,右侧耳鸣消失但听力也消失,同时伴有严重呕吐。不能起床活动,于1979年3月21日入我院治疗。检查:体温、脉搏、血压正常。神志清楚一般体检无何异常发现。神精系统检查,头颅无畸形,右枕下部有压痛,双测眼底视乳头水肿,右侧面部感觉减退,右侧轻度周围性面瘫右耳听力消失,为神经性耳聋。站立时向右倾是伯氏征偏右,双眼球有轻微水平震颤、指鼻试验双侧均差,双侧巴彬斯基
