夯锤是强夯施工中的主要机具,它的性能直接关系到夯击能的有效利用率。而夯锤的性能又取决于它的几何与物理参数,正确的选择这些参数是设计夯锤的关键。在夯锤设计中,主要考虑四个因素:气垫的耗能,落锤空气阻力,速度推力和拔锤阻力。综合分析了上述因素,我们设计了南科院80-02型装配式铸钢锤和南科院82-06型混合型水泥锤,在工程中试用均取得了良好的效果。
Hammer hammer is the main tool in the construction of powerful concrete. Its performance is directly related to the effective utilization of the sniper energy. The performance of the hammer depends on its geometric and physical parameters. The correct choice of these parameters is the key to the design of the hammer. In the ramming hammer design, four factors are mainly considered: air cushion energy consumption, drop weight air resistance, speed thrust and hammer resistance. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the above factors, we designed the 80-02 assembled cast steel hammer of the South Institute of Science and the 82-06 mixed cement hammer of the South Institute of Science and Technology and achieved good results in the trial.
