平顶山五矿设计年产120万吨,分两个水平开发。一水平共有18个采区和15个采区煤仓;二水平已建成3个采区和4个采区煤仓。该矿自投产以来,已经回采了20个采区。一水平已处于残采阶段,正向二水平过度。一水平的煤仓大致有这么几种形式:密集框形木支架;框形混凝土支架;半圆拱料石、混凝土支架;垂直、倾斜混合式半圆拱料石、混凝土支架;垂直、倾斜混合式圆形混凝土支架。这几种形式的煤仓在使用实践中存在两个共同问题,一是储煤量少,不能满足大采区、高产量及综采工作面高峰出煤的储煤要求;另一是煤仓下口经常出现堵塞现象,需要长钎子拨动或用压风管往里吹气才能使用。在建设二水平煤仓时,针对上述问题,并本着实现采区集中生产、加大走向
