目的评价幻彩纳米树脂(后牙)与3M玻璃离子E SP E在临床常规去腐备洞隔湿充填后一年效果。方法选取2 0 1 0年1 0月~2 0 1 1年4月间符合纳入标准的就诊患者6 3例,共计患牙9 6颗,预备后均为后牙二类洞,随机分为两组。充填后做门诊登记,嘱患者半年及一年后定期随诊,进行检查充填物保留情况。结果 6 3例患者9 6颗患牙,半年后复诊均未发现脱落情况,故半年复查结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),一年后复诊均未发现脱落,故一年复查结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论幻彩纳米树脂(后牙)与3M玻璃离子E S P E在后牙二类洞充填一年的效果相当,纳米树脂较高耐磨度及良好的美观修复效果使其得到了越来越广泛的应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Symphony nanocapsules (posterior teeth) and 3M glass ionomer E SP E on the conventional one-year post-antiseptic cave-in filling. Methods Totally 63 patients were enrolled in this study from January 2010 to April 2011, with a total of 96 teeth. After the preparation, they were all posterior teeth of type II and were randomly divided into two groups group. After filling out the clinic registration, Zhu Huanzhe six months and one year after regular follow-up inspection of filling retention. Results There were 96 cases of teeth in 6 3 patients. No symptoms were found after 6 months of follow-up. Therefore, there was no significant difference in the results of six months (P> 0.05). No recurrence was found after one year of follow-up. No statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusions Symphony nanocapsules (posterior teeth) and 3M glass ionomer ESPE are equivalent to filling one type of cavities in the posterior teeth for one year. The higher wear resistance of the nanocapsules and good aesthetic restoration effect make them more and more widely used .
