煤炭行业是受计划经济影响最深的行业。用人多、效率低、效益差、体制僵化、机制不活等问题仍没有彻底解决,突出的是低效率的管理模式和落后的产业技术结构,严重阻碍了煤炭企业的发展壮大。所以煤炭行业必须强化改革发展教育,让广大干部职工明确在改革发展中遇到的矛盾和问题,只有用改革的办法和发展的思路去解决。同时,通过改革发展教育,要让大家认识到改革会涉及到局部利益调整,这样势必会付出一定的代价,但改革发展是广大职工的根本利益所在,是企业的希望所在。这也是本文对“六清楚、六必访、六必谈、九坚持”工作法分析研究的重点所在。
The coal industry is the most affected by the planned economy. The problems of many employers, low efficiency, poor efficiency, rigid system and inaction of mechanism are still not completely solved. What is more, the inefficient management mode and the backward industrial technology structure have seriously hindered the development and growth of coal enterprises. Therefore, the coal industry must reinforce the reform and development education so that the cadres and workers who explicitly understand the contradictions and problems they encounter in the course of reform and development will be able to solve them only through the methods of reform and the ideas of development. At the same time, through the reform and development of education, we should make everyone realize that the reform will involve the adjustment of the partial interest, which will surely pay a certain price. However, the reform and development are the fundamental interests of the broad masses of workers and the hope of the enterprise. This is also the focus of this paper on the “six clear, six must visit, six must talk, nine adhere to ” work law analysis and research.
