中职学生顶岗实习是增强学生实践技能、实现职业教育培养目标的重要环节。目前中职学生顶岗实习市场呈现规模不大、对应性不强、稳定性不佳等现象,对中职学校的顶岗实习推荐工作造成了一定的障碍。本文在对中职学生顶岗实习市场的现状及影响因素进行深入分析的基础之上,沿用营销5P理论对顶岗实习市场的管理进行探讨,以期扩大学生顶岗实习市场规模、提升市场品质,切实保障顶岗实习教育模式取得更好的实施效果。
