随着静电技术应用的推广,高压静电场对生物的影响越来越受到一些研究人员的重视。近年来,陆续见到利用静电处理棉子、大豆、水稻、大麦等作物种子.提高了种子的活力,促进幼苗生长并获得增产的报导。但静电场、负离子对玉米种子的生理效应未见报导。本文主要探讨场强为2.2×10~5V/m的高压静电场对玉米种子活力、种子萌芽和幼苗生长的影响,并寻求提高玉米种子活力的电场处理条件。
With the popularization of the application of electrostatic technology, the influence of high-voltage electrostatic field on biology is getting more and more attention by some researchers. In recent years, one after another to see the use of electrostatic treatment of cottonseed, soybeans, rice, barley and other crop seeds.Improve seed vigor and promote seedling growth and access to yield reports. However, the electrostatic field, negative ions on the physiological effects of corn seeds have not been reported. In this paper, the effects of high voltage electrostatic field with field intensity of 2.2 × 10 ~ 5V / m on seed vigor, seed germination and seedling growth of maize were explored and the conditions of electric field treatment to improve the seed vigor of maize were also discussed.
