重新设计并人工合成抗NI 35重组单链抗体(anti NI 35 scfv)的cDNA克隆 ,构建其表达载体 ,在原核系统中实现初步表达。认为抗NI 35重组单链抗体 (IN 1 scFv)基因表达载体的构建和表达 ,为深入研究anti NI 35 scFv应用于神经系统损伤和修复奠定了基础。
The cDNA clone of anti NI 35 recombinant single chain antibody (anti NI 35 scfv) was redesigned and synthesized. The expression vector was constructed and expressed in prokaryotic system. It is considered that the construction and expression of the NI 35 recombinant single chain antibody (IN 1 scFv) gene expression vector lays a foundation for further study on the application of anti NI 35 scFv in the nervous system injury and repair.
