顶岗实习在提高高职院校学生专业知识水平、业务技能以及就业能力方面发挥着极其重要的作用,因而日益受到政府、高校、社会以及企业等各方力量的重视。本文以就业能力为视角,分别从顶岗实习问题的提出和实施顶岗实习的有效措施两方面论述了高职学生顶岗实习责任问题。随着高职院校教学教育制度改革的不断进行以及高职顶岗实习生多元化思想的不断发展,社会企事业单位和高效都面临着较大压力,不仅需要完善各项提升其综合素质能力的措施,并且还要从提升其实际就业技能方面来加强相关责任研究和建设。
The internships play an extremely important role in improving the students’ professional knowledge, business skills and employability in higher vocational colleges and are therefore increasingly valued by the government, universities, society and enterprises. From the perspective of employability, this paper discusses the responsibility of internship in higher vocational colleges in the aspects of putting forward internship problems and implementing effective internship. With the continuous reform of the teaching and educational system in higher vocational colleges and the continuous development of the diversity of post-intern trainees in higher vocational colleges, social enterprises and institutions are faced with greater pressure on their efficiency. It is necessary not only to improve various capacities to enhance their comprehensive qualities Measures, but also to enhance their practical employment skills to strengthen relevant research and construction of responsibility.
