目的探讨Nd:YAG激光治疗后发性白内障术后眼底的临床效果。方法选取2014年11月—至2015年11月我院的后发性白内障患者76例,患者在治疗中应用Nd:YAG激光治疗,观察治疗效果。结果患者在行Nd:YAG激光术后总有效100.0%,治疗后发生视网膜裂孔5例,占20.8%;视网膜脱落4例,占16.7%;玻璃体后脱离7例,占29.2%;玻璃体前界膜破裂8例,占33.3%。结论 Nd:YAG激光治疗后发性白内障术后眼底,疗效满意,但存在一定的术后眼底并发症,需进一步提高其安全性。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Nd: YAG laser in the treatment of fundus after posterior cataract surgery. Methods 76 patients with posterior capsular cataract in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected. The patients were treated with Nd: YAG laser during the treatment, and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results The total effective rate was 100.0% after Nd: YAG laser treatment. There were 5 cases (20.8%) of retinal tears after treatment, 4 cases (16.7%) with retinal detachment, 7 (29.2%) with posterior vitreous detachment, Rupture in 8 cases, accounting for 33.3%. Conclusion Nd: YAG laser treatment of posterior capsular obstruction after cataract surgery, satisfactory results, but there are some postoperative complications of the eye, the need to further improve its safety.
