目的了解昆山市小学生对学校突发公共卫生事件防控相关知识掌握现状,为提高学生对突发公共卫生事件防控认知和健康促进提供科学依据。方法分层随机整群抽取昆山市26所小学四~六年级学生3 405名,对其学校突发公共卫生事件防控相关知识进行匿名问卷调查。结果被试者中所调查16项知识题总知晓率为71.7%%,分别为公办校76.5%,民办校71.7%;男生70.2%,女生73.6%;四年级学生68.1%,五年级学生72.1%,六年级学生74.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。不同性质学校、不同性别和各年级间各题知晓率比较,公办校均高于民办校,大多数题女生高于男生,多数题随年级的上升而增高。结论小学生突发公共卫生事件防控相关知识掌握不够。学校应加强健康教育和防控知识宣传,把防控相关知识贯穿于学校教学活动中,进一步提高小学生的知识水平和防控意识。
Objective To understand the current situation of pupils ’knowledge of prevention and control of sudden public health emergencies in schools in Kunshan, and provide scientific evidences for improving students’ awareness of prevention and control of public health emergencies and health promotion. Methods A total of 3 405 students from the fourth to sixth grade of 26 primary schools in Kunshan City were randomly divided into three groups according to stratified random sampling. Anonymous questionnaires were conducted on the knowledge about the prevention and control of public health emergencies in schools. Results The total awareness rate of 16 knowledge items investigated in the subjects was 71.7%, accounting for 76.5% of public schools and 71.7% of private schools respectively; 70.2% of boys and 73.6% of girls; 68.1% of fourth graders and 72.1% of fifth graders. , 74.3% of sixth graders, the differences were statistically significant (P all <0.01). Compared with the private schools, the majority of female students in the public schools are higher than the male students in most schools, and most of the subjects increase with the grade. Conclusion There is not enough knowledge about prevention and control of primary public health emergencies. Schools should strengthen health education and publicity on prevention and control of knowledge, and carry out prevention and control related knowledge throughout school teaching activities to further enhance the knowledge level and prevention and control awareness of pupils.
