目的 :对 36例老年急性脑梗死血浆血小板和淋巴细胞膜Fas、Apo 2 .7、Bcl 2与血生化部分指标相关研究 ,以寻找超早期诊治对策。方法 :采用流式细胞仪对制备好的血小板和淋巴细胞膜样本进行测定。结果 :ACI组血小板膜Fas、Apo2 .7、Bcl 2阳性表达率及血脂、血糖、血钙均高于对照组 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 1)。淋巴细胞膜除Bcl 2显著低于对照组外 ,余均高于健康对照组 (P <0 0 1)。相关研究表明 :Fas、Apo2 .7、Bcl 2与血生化指标虽呈正相关性 ,但无统计学意义P >0 0 5。结论 :①促、抑细胞凋亡基因及血生化指标异常参与ACI形成机制。②Fas、Apo2 .7、Bcl 2以淋巴细胞膜表达最敏感 ,其中Apo2 .7ACI早期阳性率最高。③促、抑细胞凋亡基因与生化指标的改变因果关系不明显。④对上述指标异常者应给予早期应用钙拮抗剂和脑保护剂
OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between the plasma levels of Fas, Apo 2. 7 and Bcl 2 in plasma and the blood biochemical parameters in 36 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction in order to find the strategy of ultra-early diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The prepared platelet and lymphocyte membrane samples were measured by flow cytometry. Results: The positive rates of platelet membrane Fas, Apo2.7 and Bcl2 in ACI group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05-0.01). Lymphocyte membrane except Bcl2 was significantly lower than the control group, the remaining were higher than the healthy control group (P <0.01). Related studies have shown that: Fas, Apo2 .7, Bcl 2 and blood biochemical indicators although there was a positive correlation, but no statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions: ①Apoptosis and apoptosis genes and abnormal blood biochemical parameters are involved in the mechanism of ACI formation. ②Fas, Apo2.7, Bcl2 were most sensitive to lymphocyte membrane expression, of which Apo2.7ACI had the highest positive rate in the early stage. ③ promote, inhibition of apoptosis genes and biochemical changes in causal relationship is not obvious. ④ Abnormal indicators of these indicators should be given early application of calcium antagonists and brain protectants
