近年来我国城市公共交通事业取得了快速发展,公交车的清洗效率不仅影响着公交公司的营运情况,更影响着一个城市的形象。目前的清洗方式主要有两种:人工清洗和大型固定滚筒式擦车机清洗,但仍存在许多弊端与不足。针对城市中公交车清洗面临的问题,本文利用CATIA软件设计垂直滚筒式公交清洗小车的三维模型,并为清洗小车的设计,仿真设计以及模拟计算提供了理论依据。
In recent years, China’s urban public transport has achieved rapid development. The efficiency of bus cleaning not only affects the operation of bus companies, but also affects the image of a city. The current cleaning methods are mainly two kinds: manual cleaning and large fixed drum-type cleaning machine cleaning, but there are still many shortcomings and deficiencies. In order to solve the problem of bus cleaning in city, this paper uses CATIA software to design the 3D model of vertical drum-type bus cleaning car, and provides a theoretical basis for the design, simulation design and simulation calculation of car cleaning.
