本文提出了用分离式管速结构可变导热管冷却增压流化床—蒸汽联合循环发电装置PFBC高温旋风除尘器出灰管的方案,并用平面交界理论模型对可变导热管结构及性能作了计算机模拟计算与分析。研究结果表明,当热负荷变化时,可变导热管的工作温度与壁面温度的变化比普通热管大为减小;可变导热管的温控性能与管内充有的不凝性气体的量,热管的工作温度,冷凝段管数以及冷却水温度有密切关系;对于需要在一定温度下加热或冷却的场合,管束式可变导热管有其独到的优点。
