由中国人民解放军第9759工厂(无锡高速分析仪器厂)研制并生产的HV-1型高速自动定碳定硫仪,能高速而准确地测定钢铁和其它金属材料中碳、硫两元素的含量。我们测试中心使用该仪器与美国LEO公司的CS-344红外碳硫仪并用,使用多年效果较好。 1988~1989年期间,我们测试中心承制了一套炮用32Cr2MoVA钢锡、砷、铅、锑、铋等微量元素国家一级标准物质的研制,其中碳、硫为必须测定的项目之一。为了完成该项任务,我们在国内选择了在检测领域具有权威性的北京钢铁研究总院、机电部五二研究所、六二研究所、国防科工委化学计量一级站、国营长安机器厂、重庆特殊钢厂、重庆建筑工程学院测试中心,机电部西南地区理化检测中心等8个单位对该套标准物质进行协作分析定值,其中亦包含碳硫
The HV-1 high-speed automatic carbon-fixing sulfur analyzer, developed and manufactured by the People’s Liberation Army No. 9759 Factory (Wuxi High Speed Analytical Instrument Factory), can measure the content of both carbon and sulfur in steel and other metal materials with high speed and accuracy. Our testing center to use the instrument with the United States LEO’s CS-344 infrared carbon and sulfur instrument with the use of multi-year better. During the period from 1988 to 1989, our test center undertook the development of a set of national standard materials for the determination of trace elements such as tin, arsenic, lead, antimony and bismuth in 32Cr2MoVA steel, among which carbon and sulfur were one of the items that must be measured. In order to accomplish this task, we have chosen Beijing Iron and Steel Research Institute, Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Research Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, the June 2 Research Institute, the NSFC Chemometrics Level I Station, the Chang’an Machinery Plant , Chongqing Special Steel Works, Chongqing Construction Engineering Institute Test Center, Mechanical and Electrical Department of Southwest Physical and Chemical Testing Center and other eight units of the set of standard materials for collaborative analysis and valuation, which also contains carbon and sulfur
