一、目的在冰球运动中,射球是冰球基本技术中的一个重要环节。它是一切进攻战术的最终目的——将球射入球门。因此要求每一个运动员能做准确而有力的射门。要达到这一目的不但要有熟练的技术动作,而且需要有足够的肌肉力量作为完成这一动作的基础。为了更好的提高冰球运动员的射门力量,深入的研究在完成这一动作过程中肌肉的各种活动变化是十分必要的。肌电图可直接准确的反映肌肉在完成各种动作时的收缩状态与宽息程度,对训练可以起到监督和指导作用。目前国内外都在广泛的利用肌电图研究各种体育项目。我们测定冰球射门的上肢肌电变化目的是为了分析在整个射门动作中,参于完成动
