在金秋送爽,瓜果飘香的乌鲁木齐市,第三届全国少数民族题材电视艺术《骏马奖》评奖揭晓:电视艺术各项作品获一等奖的4部、二等奖10部、三等奖12部、优秀奖9部、团结奖33部,共计68部。这是对少数民族电视艺术工作成就的一次大检阅。本届《骏马奖》的组委会主任、副主任由国家民委、广播电影电视部、文化部、中国文联、中国电视艺术家协会和新疆维吾尔自治区的有关领导担任。评委会由著名诗人、作家、导演、评论家、专家、学者、表演艺术家和电视艺术工作的组织领导者组成,具有较高的水平和权威性。综观这次参评作品,有以下三个特点:
