由于目前学生具有聪明、爱动、条件优越、可心理脆弱、耐力差等特点,因此也对我们班主任工作提出了更高的要求。我就把十几年来班主任工作的一点经验和体会从几个方面做一下阐述:(1)在学习方法上针对不同年龄段孩子心理和能力特点进行养成教育的培养。(2)用爱心教育、及时评价等方法对学生进行健康心理素质的培养。(3)通过让学生主动参与班级管理和民主选举等形式,培养学生的责任心与和谐、民主、积极向上班级气氛。同时,还充分发挥小班长的作用,培养学生自制力的和管理才能。总之,让每个孩子在这个集体中,健康快乐成长。
Due to the current students with smart, love moving, superior conditions, can be psychologically fragile, poor endurance and so on, so also our class teacher put forward higher requirements. I put more than a decade of work experience and experience of a class teacher from several aspects to do about: (1) in learning methods for children of different ages psychology and ability to develop education. (2) With the education of love, timely evaluation and other methods of students’ mental health training. (3) Cultivate students’ sense of responsibility and harmony, democracy and positive class-oriented atmosphere by allowing students to actively participate in class management and democratic election. At the same time, give full play to the role of small squad leader, training students self-control and management skills. In short, let each child in this group, healthy and happy growth.
