市场经济务件下的经济体制改革和经济结构调整,必然引起劳动关系的深刻变化,使劳动关系矛盾运动呈现出新的趋势和特点。适应这些变化的要求,推动建立社会主义新型劳动关系是坚持走中国特色社会主义工会发展道路的重要内容和内在要求。这种新型劳动关系的建立,既有别于资本主义社会的劳动关系,也有别于计划经济条件下的劳动关系,必须是相互尊重、和谐平稳、共谋发展、互利双赢的社会主义新型劳动关系。
The economic restructuring and economic restructuring under the market economy will inevitably lead to profound changes in the labor relations so that contradictions in the labor relations show new trends and characteristics. To meet the requirements of these changes and to promote the establishment of a new socialist labor relations are the important contents and inherent requirements of adhering to the development path of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The establishment of this new type of labor relations is not only different from the labor relations in capitalist society but also from the labor relations under the conditions of a planned economy. It must be a new type of socialist new labor relations based on mutual respect, harmony and smooth development, mutual benefits and win-win results .
