铁路旅客在乘车方案选择行为上存在着较大的主观性和模糊性,为了客观给不同出行需求的旅客提供最优的乘车方案,从铁路旅客出行的方便性、总费用、总时间、出行拥挤度、偏好匹配度、时间满意度和舒适度7个方面进行考虑,构建了铁路旅客乘车方案选择行为的评价指标体系,运用聚类分析方法优化了评价指标体系,采用主客观组合赋权方法确定了铁路旅客乘车方案选择行为评价指标的权重分配,建立了基于灰色关联度分析的铁路旅客乘车方案灰色综合选择决策模型。最后通过实例分析铁路旅客乘车方案的优劣,验证了铁路旅客乘车方案选择行为评价指标体系与评价方法的合理性和可靠性。

Finally, the paper analyzes the merits and demerits of railway passenger car plan by examples and verifies the rationality and reliability of the evaluation index system and evaluation method of railway passenger car choice behavior.
