本方法是一种新的测定贫油和富油中粗苯含量的方法,使用色谱分析仪对样品进行分离检测,采取注射器直接进样,保留时间定性,用面积归一化法定量并加入了粗苯回收得到的经验系数校正。与传统的蒸馏方法相比,分析时间由1小时缩短到30~35分钟,具有进样量少,操作简便、结果准确等优点。更重要的是很好地解决了蒸馏分析毒性太大的现状,改善了分析检测人员的工作环境。
This method is a new method for the determination of crude benzene content in lean and rich oil. The sample was separated and detected by chromatographic analyzer. The sample was directly injected by syringe and the retention time was qualitatively determined. The area was normalized and added Empirical coefficient correction of crude benzene recovery. Compared with the traditional distillation method, the analysis time is shortened from 1 hour to 30 to 35 minutes, with the advantages of low injection volume, simple operation and accurate results. More importantly, the current situation of the toxicity analysis of the distillation analysis is well solved and the working environment for the analysis and testing personnel is improved.
