为了研究消萎灵对大鼠胃粘膜癌前病变的逆转作用。复制慢性萎缩性胃炎模型后，随机分为自然恢复组、消萎灵治疗组及维酶素对照组。结果：模型恢复组见胃粘膜变薄，腺体萎缩发生率８８％，肠化和不典型增生发生率分别为６３％和３８％；消萎灵治疗组萎缩性胃炎、肠化及不典型增生的发生率明显下降（Ｐ＜００５），与模型恢复组比较胃液酸度、胃蛋白酶活性、胃粘膜跨膜电位差增高（Ｐ＜００５）。提示：消萎灵能有效地治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎及肠化、不典型增生，逆转胃粘膜癌前病变。
In order to study the reversal effect of Xiaoweiling on gastric precancerous lesions in rats. After the model of chronic atrophic gastritis was replicated, they were randomly divided into natural recovery group, Xiaoweiling treatment group and vitamin retinal control group. Results: In the model recovery group, the gastric mucosa was thinned, the incidence of gland atrophy was 88%, the incidence of intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia were 63% and 38%, respectively; the atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, and atypical hyperplasia in Xiaoweiling treatment group. The incidence of the disease was significantly decreased (P<005), and gastric acidity, pepsin activity, and gastric mucosal transmembrane potential difference were significantly higher (P<005) compared with the model recovery group. Tip: Xiao Wei Ling can effectively treat chronic atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia, reversal of gastric precancerous lesions.
