第四届高层建筑国际会议于4月27日在香港开幕后于5月1日转入上海同济大学继续召开,开会日期共6天。来自美国、英国、西德加拿大、日本等20多个国家及国内代表,共200多位专学、学者参加了会议。这次会议自始至终由香港大学土木工程系、香港土木工程师协会及中国土木工程师协会、同济大学等单位负责组织这次学术交流。会议前各国共寄给会议筹备组有关高层建筑学
The 4th International Conference on High-Rise Buildings was opened in Hong Kong on April 27 and transferred to Tongji University in Shanghai on May 1 for a total of 6 days. More than 200 specialists and scholars from more than 20 countries including the United States, Britain, West Germany, and Japan, as well as domestic representatives, attended the meeting. From the beginning to the end of this conference, the Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Civil Engineers Association, China Civil Engineers Association, Tongji University and other organizations are responsible for organizing this academic exchange. Before the meeting, all countries sent a total of about the high-level architecture to the preparatory group for the meeting.
