我们于1987年7月开始,首先在国内应用TH胶经内镜“分层推入栓塞法”治疗肝硬化食管静脉曲张出血患者64例(下称TH胶组),均取得1次性止血成功,现将其介绍如下。并与经内镜注射硬化剂治疗的42例进行对比分析(下称硬化剂组),探讨TH胶栓塞术的实用价值。
