中国社团研究会与中国科学技术发展基金会,最近联合召开“社会主义市场经济条件下社会团体发展和有关经济问题研讨会”。民政部社团管理司陈金罗司长在会上发言谈到行业协会时说,在目前我国还处在市场经济起步阶段,各项经济法规尚未完善,市场机制还没有形成的情况下,行业协会的作用是十分重要的。即使是在经济发达国家,行业协会的作用同样是不可少的。 陈金罗指出,行业协会的作用主要表现为:(1)可以在许多方面为企业服务,为发展行业、 发展经济服务;(2)可以通过参与行业管理,协调行业间的关系,为企业提供公平竞赛的机会;(3)可以通过向企业提供多种信息、技术咨询、经营管理的成功经验,扩大横向交流,促进企业合作与进步;(4)可以为企业培训各类业务人才,提高整体业务素质;(5)可以针对企业存在的问题,通过调查研究,通过向有关方面反映情况,协助他们解决实际困难。
