本文通过对三峡左岸机组调速器PID结构及参数进行分析,结合2009年三峡调速器重点试验项目,对左岸各机组进行各水头下的空载试验,通过计算机仿真对调节系统做初步参数寻优,再做现场试验进行修正。将仿真试验和现场试验两种方法有机结合,从而避免对设备造成损坏,减少现场试验次数和工作量,提高调速器参数调整的准确度,确保水轮机调节系统有较好的动态性能,对水电站机组调速器不同水头下运行参数的优化提供有益的借鉴。
Based on the analysis of the PID structure and parameters of governor governor on the left bank of the Three Gorges Project and the key experimental project of the Three Gorges governor in 2009, this paper carried out the no-load test on each unit on the left bank and the preliminary parameter search of the control system by computer simulation Excellent, then do the field test to be amended.
