采用光纤带的多芯光缆可减少光缆网的施工时间。此外,如果光缆不要维护,就能降低网络的维护费用。因此,我们研制了不要维护的多芯光缆。首先,我们研究了采用光纤带的高密度光缆包封技术。其次,我们解决了由于氢和冰冻水引起损耗增加的问题。在此基础上,我们研制了1000芯防水光缆,它由防水带、经塑料涂覆的铝带和经过表面处理的增强元件组成。经试验证实它满足了普通光缆的要求。
Multi-core fiber optic cable with optical fiber cable can reduce the construction time. In addition, network maintenance costs can be reduced if fiber optic cables are not serviced. Therefore, we developed a multi-core cable that is not to be maintained. First, we studied the high-density optical fiber cable encapsulation technology using optical fiber ribbons. Second, we solved the problem of increased losses due to hydrogen and chilled water. On this basis, we have developed a 1000-core waterproof optical cable, which consists of a waterproof tape, a plastic-coated aluminum tape and a surface-treated reinforcing member. The test confirmed that it meets the requirements of ordinary optical cable.
