本文对大庆油田使用的几种有杆泵井诊断技术、原理和使用情况进行了分析,指出:为了准确地判断泵况,必须根据油井的具体情况,采用不同的诊断方法。对于功图形状复杂的带喷井,应采用组合法诊断,以得出正确的结论。如杆脱的带喷井用双憋法、ΔP-M 法、井下功图法;自喷力强与双凡尔漏失的井用ΔP-M 法和井下功图法;带喷的小泵井用双憋法和井下功图法;杆脱、气大,而且形状复杂的井用ΔP-M 法和井下功图法。
In this paper, the diagnosis technology, principle and usage of several rod pump wells used in Daqing Oilfield are analyzed. It is pointed out that in order to judge the pump condition accurately, different diagnosis methods must be adopted according to the specific conditions of oil well. For the complex shape of the work with the injection well, the combination of diagnosis should be used to arrive at the correct conclusion. Such as the pole off with the spray with dual hold-up method, ΔP-M method, underground Gongtu method; from strong jet and double Versaille lost wells with ΔP-M method and downhole work map method; With dual suppression method and underground Gongtu law; pole off, large gas, and complex shape wells with ΔP-M method and downhole work map method.
