目的:建立了血清中对乙酰氨基酚的提取和薄层色谱扫描定性和定量检测方法。方法:应用以上二种方法快速检测,并对2例可疑对乙酰氨基酚中毒者进行了检验。结果:血清中线性检测范围为2~64μg·ml-1,最小检出浓度为1μg·ml-1。一例口服10片泰克0.75~1h血清对乙酰氨基酚含量为25.5mg·L-1。一例白加黑过敏者血清中对乙酰氨基酚含量为8mg·L-1。结论:本法快速、简便、定性定量准确,可用于对乙酰氨基酚中毒的快速诊断和体内药物浓度监测
Objective: To establish a method for the qualitative and quantitative determination of paracetamol in serum and TLC scanning. Methods: Rapid detection of the above two methods, and 2 cases of suspected acetaminophen poisoning were tested. Results: The linear detection range of serum was 2 ~ 64μg · ml-1, the minimum detection concentration was 1μg · ml-1. A case of oral 10 Tektronix 0.75 ~ 1h serum paracetamol content of 25.5mg · L-1. A case of white plus black allergic serum paracetamol content of 8mg · L-1. Conclusion: This method is rapid, simple, qualitative and quantitative accurate, can be used for the rapid diagnosis of acetaminophen poisoning and in vivo drug concentration monitoring
