一些用户反映:Ⅰ号泵调速器内发现大量柴油,稀释了机油,甚至从调速器空气罩处溢出柴油。经检查分析:柴油是由柱塞套肩胛平面处渗漏到下体,再通过凸轮轴7203轴承孔隙流入调速器内的。主要原因:1.出油阀尼龙垫圈在柴油浸泡下老化而失去弹性,使出油阀紧座预紧力达不到规定扭矩5公斤·米。2.油泵上体柱塞安装支承面光洁度不够,使柱塞套肩胛平面与上体支承面结合不良,在出油阀紧座预紧力不足时,情况尤为严重。
