本文扼要概述了光温敏核不育水稻的育性转换、育性遗传、再生复育和核不育系的选育方法．以及水稻广亲和性的概含、测定方法、遗传行为和广亲和系的选育方法。在此基础上，从核不育系选育、广亲和系选育、组合选配等三个方面、评述了两系法杂交稻育种进展，客观地指出了目前存在的主要问题及应采取的对策。
