随着我国市场经济的飞速发展,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。一个企业要想在激励的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,谋求更加长远的发展,必须为企业培养和留住大批的优秀人才。激励理论是企业员工管理所依据的重要理论,对员工管理的重要性不言而喻。本文重点就激励理论的内涵,以及该理论在企业管理中的具体运用进行了深入分析,以期可以为企业管理提供参考。
With the rapid development of market economy in our country, the competition among enterprises is getting more and more fierce. If an enterprise wants to gain a foothold in encouraging market competition and seek more long-term development, it is necessary to cultivate and retain a large number of outstanding talents for the enterprise. Incentive theory is based on the important theory of employee management, which is self-evident to the importance of employee management.
