创业教育不是空洞的理论说教,而是实践性较强的学科,要求知行合一。要想知道梨子的滋味,就要亲口尝一尝,要想知道创业的道理,就要亲自去实践。我们结合专业特点,在班上成立了“创业小组”,鼓励学生在家中小规模养殖创业实验,专业给以技术等多方面的支持。创业小组成立时只有3人,杜亚新家养了500只蛋鸡,王丽金家进了100只肉鸽,孙立凤家买了两头种母猪,由家里人养,她们负责技术和经营管理。创业实验的目的不是盈利多少,而是通过创业活动提高他们的综合素质,培养他们的创业能力、经营能力和职业技能。创业小组每月在班上介绍他们的创业体会,交流经验,此后该班创业活动不断发展,孙小勇家养了蝎子,潘宇家养了乌鸡,李慧芳
