声发射技术是地面储油罐罐底检测的良好方法,可作为一种预防性工具,能有效确定地面储罐的维修时间。而对某些高敏感性物的检测,更能体现出它的这种性能。在实验室建起一个小型仿真油罐,用来模拟各种相似工况。实验提供了大量数据以及判别声波信号的方法。做了油罐腐蚀的模拟实验。在炼油厂地面储油罐上安装的声发射器用来收集数据,并与从实验室中获取的数据进行结合分析以区别出渗漏和腐蚀信号的不同之处。利用神经网络系统对被测油罐进行了分类。
Acoustic emission technology is a good method for tank bottom detection of ground storage tanks and can be used as a preventative tool to effectively determine the maintenance time of a tank on the ground.
