用丙酮从杜氏盐藻(Dunaliellasalina)中萃取β-胡萝卜素,所得萃取液浓缩后先在室温下使天然β-胡萝卜素晶体析出(含量约90%),晶体中主要含70%左右的全-反式-β-胡萝卜素、8%左右的9-顺式-β-胡萝卜素、少量α-胡萝卜素及其它类胡萝卜素。然后在低温下使结晶母液中的β-胡萝卜素油析出(含量约80%),天然β-胡萝卜素油中主要是由40%左右的9-顺式-与40%左右的全-反式-β-胡萝卜素组成,另外也含有少量α-胡萝卜素及其它类胡萝卜素等。天然β-胡萝卜素油的吸收光谱与天然β-胡萝卜素晶体相比有所改变。天然β-胡萝卜素油与合成的β-胡萝卜素晶体混合使用,可缓解肿瘤化疗药物环磷酰胺对小鼠免疫器官的抑制作用,达到天然β-胡萝卜素晶体的使用效果。
Β-carotene is extracted from Dunaliellasalina with acetone, and the obtained extract is concentrated to precipitate natural β-carotene crystals (content of about 90%) at room temperature after concentrating. The crystals mainly contain about 70% of all- Β-carotene, about 8% 9-cis-β-carotene, a small amount of α-carotene and other carotenoids. The β-carotene oil in the crystallization mother liquor is then precipitated (at a content of about 80%) at low temperature. The natural β-carotene oil mainly consists of about 40% 9-cis- and about 40% all-trans- - Carotene composition, in addition also contains a small amount of α-carotene and other carotenoids and so on. The absorption spectrum of natural β-carotene oil is changed compared to natural β-carotene crystals. Natural β-carotene oil and synthetic β-carotene crystals used in combination, can alleviate the tumor chemotherapy drugs cyclophosphamide on the immune organs in mice, to achieve the natural effect of β-carotene crystals.
