采用复合扎制的方法,在不同变形量下制备6N01铝合金包覆AZ31镁合金,并进行了结合界面剥离力和电化学性能的研究。结果表明,在50%~80%变形量范围内,随着变形量的增加,6N01铝合金包覆AZ31镁合金的结合界面剥离力先增大后减小。与商用AZ31镁合金相比,铝合金包覆镁合金的开路电位和腐蚀电位均正移,变形量为70%时开路电位和腐蚀电位正移幅度最大,分别正移了142 m V和322 m V。
A composite tie-down method was used to prepare 6N01 aluminum alloy clad AZ31 magnesium alloy under different deformations, and the interfacial peeling force and electrochemical properties were studied. The results show that the peel force of the interface of 6N01 aluminum alloy clad AZ31 magnesium alloy first increases and then decreases with the increase of deformation in the range of 50% ~ 80% deformation. Compared with the commercial AZ31 magnesium alloy, the open circuit potential and corrosion potential of the aluminum alloy coated magnesium alloy are both positively shifted, while the open circuit potential and the corrosion potential are most positively shifted by 70%, shifting by 142 mV and 322 m V.
