震动挤压工艺生产的预应力混凝土输水管,插口环裂是引起管子质量缺陷的一个重要因素。表1为我厂1986年和1987年生产的预应力混凝土输水管次废品质量缺陷的分类插口环裂是指在管子进行水压检验时,管子插口止胶合与管体连接或其附近管外壁发生环向裂纹漏水或开始时只出现几个不相连的渗水点,继而水滴流淌相连成线,卸去水压待水分基本蒸发后,在插口内壁相应部位出现一条环形潮湿纹痕,水分完全蒸发后情况。从表中可以看出,插口环裂约占次废品总数的24.6%。近年来,我们对此作了大量的分析和试验,基本解决了插口环裂问题,产品合格率有了很大提高。
