K48E高速大功率柴油机是我院711所自行研制的一种新型舰艇用主机。它采用二冲程回流扫气及传动式一级涡轮增压等技术,在结构上也具有一定的优点。该型柴油机为主要参数见表1,外形见图1。在整机平台试验取得一定成绩的基础上,为了进一步考核K48E柴油机在海上实际使用性能,将原来装苏联M503和西德MD872柴油机的导弹快艇改装K48E柴油机。虽然K48E柴油机本身的重量比上述两型机大,改装后艇的排水量也相应增加,但因K48E柴油机的功率较大,改装后艇的航速比原来艇的航速仍有明显提高。艇的主要性能指标见表2,外形见图2。装K48E柴油机的快艇在海上完成了全部试验项目,主要进行了正常排水量和满载排水量测速试验;回转试验;惯性试验;部分工况和拖带试验;机动性试验;可靠性试验以及风浪试验等。每台主机累计运行在200小时以上,并测得了较为完整的各种性能的试验数据。通过装艇使用,取得了一定的经验,为进一步改进和发展K48E系列柴油机和研制新型舰艇提供了依据。 单机功率象K48E这样大的柴油机用作快艇主动力,目前世界上还为数极少。由于功率增大,各方面技术要求比较高,动力装置等也更加复杂。本文主要对K48E柴油机在装艇试验过程中应重视的几个技术问题进行分析讨论。

Although the weight of the K48E diesel engine itself is larger than that of the above two models, the displacement of the boat after the modification is also correspondingly increased. However, due to the greater power of the K48E diesel engine, the speed of the modified boat is still significantly higher than that of the original boat. The K48E diesel speedboat completed all the pilot projects at sea, mainly carrying out the normal displacement test and full displacement displacement test; slewing test; inertial test; part working condition and towing test; mobility test; reliability test and storm wave test. Each host accumulative total running in more than 200 hours, and measured a more complete test data of various performance. Through the use of loading boats, we have gained some experience and provided the basis for further improvement and development of the K48E series diesel engines and the development of new types of ships. As the power increases, all aspects of the technical requirements are relatively high, such as power plant is also more complicated. This article mainly analyzes and discusses several technical problems that K48E diesel engine should pay attention to during the loading test.
