顶岗实习是高等职业教育培养高技能型人才的重要环节。高职顶岗实习运行管理存在运行体制不健全、管理工作不到位等问题,从而影响了顶岗实习质量。本文通过建立可控的顶岗实习长效管理机制,采用以人为本的“人性化”管理和建立科学合理的顶岗实习评价体系方式来解决顶岗实习的管理问题。在实践中产生了十分良好的效果,提高学生顶岗实习质量,促进了学生就业,为高职学生顶岗实习的可持续发展提供了借鉴模式。
Internship is an important part of cultivating highly skilled talents in higher vocational education.
