闸门是水电站的重要设备,闸门控制系统的可靠性关系到电站的安全运行,针对大峡水电站底孔闸门控制系统设备老化、可靠性低、传感器故障、不能实现远方操作等问题,在闸门控制系统设计原则、技术要求、控制系统结构、系统硬件配置、系统软件设计、安全保护设计、控制系统功能各方面进行了解决。设计与实现后的底孔闸门控制系统运行状况良好,系统结构简单,工作可靠,控制精度高,实现全厂监控系统对闸门的监视、控制,具有很强的自诊断及安全保护功能。符合水电厂“无人值班(少人值守)”的要求,保证了电站的安全、可靠运行。

In view of the problems such as equipment aging, low reliability, faulty sensor and remote operation in the control system for the bottom gate of the Daxia Hydropower Station, Principle, technical requirements, control system structure, system hardware configuration, system software design, security protection design, control system functions. The design and implementation of the bottom hole gate control system is in good condition. The system has simple structure, reliable operation and high control precision. It can monitor and control the gate of the whole factory monitoring system and has strong self-diagnosis and safety protection functions. Meet the hydropower plant “unattended (less attendance) ” requirements, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of power plants.
