以前曾报告,在妊娠头三个月,LH对外源性LH-RH有反应。但在妊娠4~6月和7~9月,这一反应受到抑制。而且,在整个妊娠期间促卵泡激素(FSH)对LH-RH无显著反应。大多数研究者认为FSH反应在分娩后3~4周恢复到正常月经妇女的水平。LH对LH-RH反应的恢复发生在分娩后4~9周内。由于分娩后10~14天,人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)仍存在于循环血液中,用常规的免疫测定不能与LH区别,因此垂体反应恢复的精确时间过程尚不清楚。本研究使用不受HCG影响的LHβ亚基放射免疫测定法,测定正常哺乳妇女在产褥期最初5周内LH对LH-RH反应的时间过程。
It has previously been reported that LH responds to exogenous LH-RH during the first trimester of pregnancy. However, in the 4 to 6 months of pregnancy and 7 to 9 months, this response was inhibited. Moreover, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) did not respond significantly to LH-RH throughout pregnancy. Most researchers believe that the FSH response returns to normal menstruating women 3-4 weeks after delivery. LH LH-RH response to the recovery occurred in 4 to 9 weeks after delivery. Because human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) is still present in the circulating blood 10 to 14 days after childbirth, the precise time course of pituitary response recovery is unclear by routine immunoassays. In this study, we used the LHβ subunit radioimmunoassay that is not affected by HCG to determine the time course of LH response to LH-RH in normal lactating women during the first 5 weeks of puerperium.
