为了比较恶性疟原虫复合抗原HBsAg/45肽和β-半乳糖苷酶/45肽的免疫效果,我们将这两种含45肽抗原的融合蛋白免疫家兔后进行体外抑制试验。结果表明颗粒状的HBsAg/45肽免疫血清对原虫的抑制作用明显大于线状的β-半乳糖苷酶/45肽免疫血清。提示:恶性疟原虫杂合45肽连于HBsAg颗粒上有助于提高其免疫保护作用。
To compare the immunogenicity of HBsAg / 45 peptide and β-galactosidase / 45 peptide of Plasmodium falciparum composite antigen, we tested the in vitro inhibition of the two fusion proteins containing 45 peptide antigen after being immunized in rabbits. The results showed that the inhibitory effect of granular HBsAg / 45 peptide serum on protozoa was significantly greater than that of linear β-galactosidase / 45 peptide immunization serum. Tip: Plasmodium falciparum hybrid peptide 45 linked to HBsAg particles help to improve their immune protection.
